Got a question?

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days, following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 2-4 business days for delivery in the North Island, and 4-7 business days for the South Island.

Rural delivery may take longer due to shipping agent delivery timeframes.

If you think you haven't received all the parts you should have, then please give us a call on 0800 748 3696 so we can arrange for the part to be sent to you.

If your parcel arrives damaged, do not sign for it without making a note of the damage on the delivery docket with the shipping agent. Take photos of all outer packaging and/or damaged goods inside and email the photos to us. For us to make a claim withthe shipping agent, you must provide us with all of the information above including photos, otherwise the claim may be
declined. Please contact Seat Warehouse within 10 days of receipt of the damaged items.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Bank Transfer, Eftpos and Debit Cards. Stripe via Website, Ping via Trademe.

We currently do not ship to any locations outside of New Zealand.

Yes, we offer instore collection from our warehouse and showroom located in Tauranga, please check our opening hours listed on the website.
