Seat Warehouse will, upon return of a product, offer you a refund, repair or exchange within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Refunds, repairs and exchanges will only be offered if;

  • Incorrect goods were supplied;
  • The product is faulty through no fault of your own (provided you were not aware or made aware of defects prior to purchase) and you cann provide evidence of the damage/fault.

All goods purchased from Seat Warehouse that qualify for a refund must be returned within 10 days of acceptance of refund, have not been used and are in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To obtain a repair, exchange or refund you must return the goods to Seat Warehouse. Any items that are shipped are done so at the owner's risk and expense and Seat Warehouse will not take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged, due to the negligence or fault of a third party. 

Goods Damaged in Transit
If any part of your order or item arrives damaged, please contact Seat Warehouse within 10 days of receipt. Please note we may require evidence of damage to the item(s) to make a damages claim for the replacement or repair of the item(s).

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to us. We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. 

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Delivery Times
We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow upto 2 days for delivery in the North Island, and 1 week for the South Island.
