SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated & displayed at checkout. See below for rural delivery information.
  • Please allow approximately 2-4 business days for North Island
  • Please allow approximately 4-7 business days for South Island
  • Rural Delivery - some bulky or heavy items may require additional delivery times. Contact us for a delivery quote to your address, or delivery to a depot or rural supply agent of your choice. Please add an extra approximately 3 business days to the delivery timeframes above.
  • Please note that if you don't select rural delivery but your order is being delivered to a rural address, this will result in a request for you to pay a rural delivery fee before your order is dispatched.
  • We do not ship to the Chatham Islands, Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island & Stewart Island.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please contact Seat Warehouse directly if you do not receive your shipping information within 1-2 business days.

Damages:
If your parcel arrives damaged, please do not sign for it without making a note of the damage on the delivery docket with the shipping agent. Take photos of all outer packaging and/or damaged goods and email the photos to us. For us to make a claim with the shipping agent, you must provide us with all of the information above including photos, otherwise the claim may be declined. Please contact Seat Warehouse within 10 calendar days of receipt of the damaged items.

International Shipping Policy:
We currently do not ship outside New Zealand.
