REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

Please choose carefully and double-check measurements prior to purchase.

Seat Warehouse will, upon return of a product, offer you a refund, repair or exchange within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Refunds, repairs and exchanges will only be offered if;

  • Incorrect goods were supplied;

The product is faulty through no fault of your own (provided you were not aware or made aware of defects prior to purchase) and you can provide evidence of the damage/fault.

All goods purchased from Seat Warehouse that qualify for a refund must be returned within 10 days of acceptance of refund, have not been used and are in their original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To obtain a repair, exchange or refund you must return the goods to Seat Warehouse. Any items that are shipped are done so at the owner's risk and expense and Seat Warehouse will not take responsibility for any items that are lost or damaged, due to the negligence or fault of a third party.
